Job Role :
Primary Objective : Oversee and lead the sales department, ensuring sales strategies are effectively implemented and targets are achieved across all sales teams.
Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Managers, providing direction and support to ensure targets are met. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals, budget forecasts, and strategic plans for the sales department. Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and improve performance.
Performance Management : Monitor the performance of Sales Managers, setting clear objectives and KPIs. Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new market opportunities in Gurgaon and Delhi. Develop initiatives to expand the client base and increase market share.
Client Relationship Management : Maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Handle escalated client issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining the company’s reputation.
Sales Operations : Oversee the sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and use of resources. Ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, training, and support to achieve their goals.
Reporting & Analytics : Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management, including insights on performance, challenges, and market conditions. Use analytics to drive decisions, optimize strategies, and forecast future sales trends.
Budget Management : Manage the sales department’s budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet sales targets. Monitor spending to ensure it aligns with the company’s financial goals.
Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies. Provide input into marketing campaigns and product development based on market feedback.
Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate risks within the sales process, ensuring the company’s interests are protected.
