Job Role :

Primary Objective : Drive sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting real estate properties, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met.

Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
Regularly follow up with potential clients, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the property purchasing process.

Sales Strategy Execution : Implement the sales strategies developed by the GM of Sales. Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory and close deals efficiently. Conduct site visits with potential clients, showcasing properties and highlighting key features and benefits.

Market Analysis : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and the overall real estate landscape in Gurgaon and Delhi. Provide feedback to management on market trends and client preferences.

Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports detailing progress against targets, upcoming deals, and market feedback. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and deal closure in the CRM system.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and best practices to help achieve collective goals.

Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management. Continuously prospect for new clients to build a robust sales pipeline.

Training and Development : Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Stay informed about new projects, properties, and industry regulations.

Compliance : Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Handle contracts and agreements with professionalism, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

Job Role :

Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new market opportunities in Gurgaon and Delhi. Develop initiatives to expand the client base and increase market share.

Client Relationship Management : Maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Handle escalated client issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining the company’s reputation.

Sales Operations : Oversee the sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and use of resources. Ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, training, and support to achieve their goals.

Reporting & Analytics : Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management, including insights on performance, challenges, and market conditions. Use analytics to drive decisions, optimize strategies, and forecast future sales trends.

The ideal candidate must have confidence in anchoring and scriptwriting, with a flair for creating engaging and informative content.Some proficiency in English, and a solid IQ is required.

Responsibilities :

Content Creation : Plan, produce, and present high-quality video content on topics related to finance, investments, and market trends. Understanding the content and scriptwriting
Interviews : Conduct insightful interviews with industry experts, financial analysts, and market leaders. Audience Engagement: Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to optimize content strategy and increase viewer interaction.

Education :                                                                                                                      Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate.
Some anchoring and scriptwriting experience for video content.
